What Our Clients Say
"Storm took part of the roof. They tarped it the same evening and the written scope came through the next morning."
"The crew was licensed and every name was on the paperwork. Small thing when strangers are in your house for five days."
"Daily moisture readings, written down, room by room. When the adjuster questioned the drying time they sent the log and the conversation ended."
"They photographed behind the baseboards before removing anything. That documentation is the only reason the claim covered the wall cavity."

Damage Restoration Service Across the Boca Raton Area
We Are the Boca Raton Team for DryMark.
DryMark was founded in 2011 by an adjuster who had spent years denying claims that were documented badly rather than restored badly. It was acquired by Haven for its drying logs: daily moisture readings, room by room, signed and dated, which is what turns a restoration invoice into a claim an insurer will pay without a fight.
Same training, same parts, same pricing practice, and the same 365-Day Done Right Promise - delivered by people who live here.

Water Damage Restoration
A certified crew on site fast, extracting standing water and setting the drying equipment the same visit. Water spreads through a floor by the hour, so the clock is the whole job.

Mold Remediation
Testing first, then sealed containment with negative air before anything is opened up. Mold can take hold within a day or two of a leak, and cutting into it without containment spreads it through the house.

Fire and Storm Damage
Emergency board up and roof tarping the day it happens, then soot removal, odor treatment and the rebuild, handled by one crew so nobody hands you off mid claim.
Learn More →How a Real Dry-Out Differs From a Cheap One
Two crews can pull the same water out of the same house and leave you with completely different outcomes. The difference is equipment, containment and whether anyone wrote the moisture readings down. Here is how we work, and what the cheap dry-out quietly skips.
Moisture Mapping and Daily Readings
A floor can feel dry on top and still be soaked underneath. What separates a finished dry-out from an abandoned one is whether anyone actually measured, and whether they wrote it down.
We map the affected area with a moisture meter and a thermal camera on day one, mark the wet boundary, and take readings at the same points every day until they hit the dry standard. You get the log, and so does your carrier.
The cheap version is a hand on the carpet and a verdict. Nothing is mapped, nothing is logged, the fans come out when the surface feels dry, and the wet cavity behind the baseboard finishes as mold six weeks later.
Air Movers and Refrigerant Dehumidifiers
Drying a structure is arithmetic. The number of air movers and the size of the dehumidifier are calculated from the wet square footage, not from what happened to be on the truck.
We set low grain refrigerant dehumidifiers sized to the affected volume and space air movers along the wet perimeter at the calculated interval, so moisture leaves the building instead of moving to the next room.
Two box fans and a household dehumidifier is the shortcut. It moves damp air around without removing water, and warm wet air pushed into a cold cavity condenses there and makes the problem bigger.
Containment and Negative Air
The moment a saw opens a mold affected wall, spores go airborne. Whether they stay in that room or travel through the whole house is decided before the first cut.
We build sealed poly containment with a zippered entry and run a HEPA air scrubber under negative pressure, so air flows into the work zone and everything leaving the building goes through the filter.
Cutting out mold in an open room with the HVAC still running is the cheap way. The return duct picks up what the saw releases and delivers it to every bedroom in the house.
Removal Before Treatment
Antimicrobial is the last step, not the first. Sprayed onto material that is still wet or still contaminated, it does close to nothing except make the invoice look thorough.
We remove the unsalvageable material first, clean the remaining surfaces, dry to standard, and only then apply an antimicrobial to sound substrate. Treatment goes on a dry surface or it is theater.
Fogging the room and calling it remediated is the shortcut. The wet drywall stays in the wall, the treatment sits on top of it, and the smell comes back with the first humid week.
Insurance Documentation
Most of what goes wrong with a claim goes wrong on paper. What your carrier can pay is limited by what your restorer proved, and most of that proof has to be captured before the cleanup starts.
We photograph everything before we touch it, record the moisture readings, and write the scope in the estimating format carriers use, then deal with the adjuster directly so you are not the one relaying it.
A handwritten invoice with a lump sum and no photographs is the cheap version. The adjuster has nothing to approve against, the claim stalls, and the shortfall lands on the homeowner.
