Free visual inspection and a written scope of work before any mitigation begins - photos, moisture readings, and drying logs go in your claim file
The scope we write is the scope we bill. Anything new gets shown to you, in writing, before we touch it.
Meet the Boca Raton Team Behind DryMark Restoration Boca Raton
We’re the crew that shows up at 2 a.m. when a pipe bursts in Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, and we’re the same crew that returns three weeks later to walk you through the final photo record before we sign off. Every person on this page is background-checked, licensed, and insured. What ties us together isn’t a handbook. It’s that we’ve all seen what happens when restoration work skips steps, and we refuse to be that company.
Our People
Alicia Brennan, Owner
I started DryMark Restoration in 2011 after six years as a claims adjuster, and I built this company around the single problem that cost homeowners their claims: documentation that didn’t hold up under review. I’ve stood in enough Boca Raton living rooms with a moisture meter in one hand and a denied claim in the other to know that psychrometric data - the measurement of temperature, humidity, and air movement that determines whether your walls are actually dry - matters more than any reassuring phrase I could offer instead. A reading of 19% in drywall means secondary damage is still active; at 14%, we’re in the safe zone. I’ll tell you exactly where your house sits, and I’ll put it in writing before anyone starts work. Haven Standard, Clause 1. When I’m not on job sites, I’m usually arguing with my 14-year-old about why the garage fridge doesn’t need its own backup generator.
Marcus T., Lead Water Damage Technician
Marcus has been with us since 2017, and he’s the technician other companies in Boca Raton try to hire away every spring. He’s IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), which means he can calculate vapor pressure differential - the force that actually pulls moisture out of your subfloor - and explain why your neighbor’s fan-in-the-window method failed without making you feel foolish for asking. He specializes in tertiary drying, the final phase where we drop air movement and raise temperature to prevent rebound moisture in Florida’s coastal humidity. Marcus grew up in Deerfield Beach and still fishes the Boca Inlet every Sunday morning. His truck smells like coffee and vinyl ester resin, and he documents every moisture reading with a timestamp that matches our photo record.
Elena R., Senior Mold Remediation Installer
Elena joined us in 2019 with eight years of remediation experience and a stubborn belief that containment setup is an art form. She’s certified in mold remediation through the IICRC and holds an RIA-CREO designation, which means she’s trained in the full restoration estimating process, not just the removal phase. In Boca Raton’s older neighborhoods like Old Floresta, she regularly finds Aspergillus and Stachybotrys behind original plaster where previous contractors sealed moisture in with new drywall. Elena’s human detail: she keeps a running spreadsheet of every mold species she’s identified by neighborhood, partly for pattern recognition, partly because she can’t help herself. She’ll tell you exactly what we found, what material classification it affects, and what your drying log will show your adjuster. No euphemisms.
David K., Service Coordinator
David answers the phone when you call (754) 247-1426 at 3 a.m. He’s been with DryMark Restoration since 2020, and he’s the reason our live dispatch actually works - no voicemail trees, no “leave a message and we’ll call back tomorrow while your water is still moving.” David coordinates our technician schedules, maintains our equipment inventory from Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry, and prepares the written scope that arrives before any work starts. He’s also the person who calls your insurance adjuster with the initial photo documentation and moisture readings so your claim starts with facts instead of panic. David moved to Boca Raton from Minneapolis in 2018 and still hasn’t adjusted to the concept of “winter” being 68 degrees. He keeps a space heater under his desk year-round.
Jasmine W., Apprentice Technician
Jasmine started with us in 2023 after completing her fire science degree at Palm Beach State College. She’s currently pursuing her IICRC Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician certification while working full-time on our fire and biohazard crews. In her first six months, she documented 47 residential fire jobs in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, learning to distinguish between protein fires - the nearly invisible residue from kitchen grease that destroys air quality - and cellulose fires that leave obvious char. Jasmine asks more questions than any apprentice we’ve had, which is exactly why we hired her. She lives in Sandalfoot Cove and commutes with her Great Dane, who has his own seat in her truck and no concept of personal space.
One Standard, Every Job

We’re independently owned and operated under The Haven Standard, which means the same clauses apply whether we’re drying a condo on A1A or remediating mold in a Spanish River Land estate. Haven Standard, Clause 1: written price before work begins, every time, with no exceptions. Haven Standard, Clause 2: documented photo record on every visit, included as standard, never an upsell. Haven Standard, Clause 3: 365-Day Done Right Promise, signed and stamped, not verbal. Our equipment - Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers, Phoenix air scrubbers, Injectidry hardwood floor drying systems - is maintained to IICRC, RIA, and IFA documentation standards because your adjuster will ask, and we’ll have the daily moisture logs ready. If you’ve got a competitor’s written estimate, bring it. We’ll review it at no charge. That’s not generosity. It’s how we built this company.
